Owner, Marc Wood believes that men must change as the world and cultures evolve. As a shooting enthusiast, he recognizes the importance of safety in our schools. He is aware of the connections between family violence, bullying, mental health issues and school shootings. He wants to make a difference in our communities.

John Santucci and I met within months of STAHRS formation at an event for high school athletic directors. He's become a close friend, huge advocate, and major cheer leader of the STAHRS mission. John shows his videography and editorial skills via our promotional video and our 2 hour staff training for industrial team performance.
